Beefed Up Noodle Dish


 This is a wonderful recipe that my whole family loves, right down to the spinach!  I serve it with home canned peaches.  Please feel free to suggest a new name for this dish as I have been unable to come up with a new one and I have tried for years.  Thank you Evelyn!

  1. Deb, The only changes I made were browning the burger and the onions on the stove rather than in the microwave and at least doubling the amount of basil. Also, I set the microwave to medium or about 70% power. 15 minutes is usually enough without the extra 5 to 10. As long as it's hot all the way through, it's done. We LOVE this with home canned peaches on the side.

    I usually double the recipe for my crew but don't add any more cooking time.
